Taguchi Analysis for Improving Optimization of Integrated Forward/Reverse Logistics

Abstract The distribution–allocation problem is known as one of the most comprehensive strategic decisions. In real-world cases, it impossible to solve a completely in acceptable time. This forces researchers develop efficient heuristic techniques for large-term operation whole supply chain. These provide near optimal solution and are comparably fast particularly large-scale test problems. paper presents an integrated chain model which flexible delivery path. As methodology, we apply memetic algorithm with novelty population presentation. To identify optimum operating condition proposed algorithm, Taguchi method adopted. this study, four factors, namely size, crossover rate, local search iteration number iteration, considered. Determining best level considered parameters outlook research.
